The P2P Visionary
Lajvinder Sahota, better known by the community as “Robin” is a successful businessman and connoisseur of gastronomy with over 20+ years of experience in the food industry. Robin had a dream to open his own restaurant that helped bridge the gap between generations. From a dream Paratha 2 Pasta was born and was established in 2021.
The Goal of Paratha 2 Pasta is to provide a fusion of Indian and Italian cuisine that creates new flavours everyone can indulge into. Robin’s vision is to bring people of all ages together to one place and enjoy a dining experience that has something for everyone from families to friends. Paratha 2 Pasta prides ourselves on a culture that celebrates unity not only through the exceptional dishes but the connections we make along the way.
